03.03.2026 15:00 Eine Farm in Südspanien macht Bio-Kaviar. Kaviar sind Fischeier mit Salz. Die Fische leben in sauberem Wasser und fressen natürliches Futter. Die Farm macht die Fische nicht schneller groß. Sie macht jedes Jahr etwa zwei Tonnen Kaviar und verkauft ihn in viele Länder.

Der beste Kaviar kann 8.000 Euro pro Kilo kosten. Die Farm verkauft auch Fischfleisch. Das Unternehmen sagt, dass das Bio-Produkt echt gut ist. Einige Restaurants verkaufen jetzt mehr Kaviar, weil er billiger ist als früher. Der meiste Kaviar auf der Welt kommt aus China.
