03.03.2026 15:00 In Südspanien gibt’s einen Bauernhof, der Bio-Kaviar macht. Der Hof macht den Kaviar nur aus Fischeiern und Salz, ohne irgendwelche anderen Chemikalien. Die Fische leben in sauberem Quellwasser und kriegen Bio-Futter. Der Hof drängt die Fische nicht zum Wachsen. Er macht jedes Jahr etwa zwei Tonnen Kaviar und verkauft ihn in viele Länder. Der teuerste Kaviar kann 8.000 Euro pro Kilo kosten. Das Unternehmen verkauft auch Fischfleisch. Die Manager sagen, dass das Bio-Label zeigt, dass das Produkt hochwertig ist. Einige Restaurants verwenden jetzt häufiger Kaviar, weil er nicht mehr so teuer ist wie früher. Der meiste Kaviar der Welt kommt aus China.
