In Moldawien finden Neuwahlen statt. Die Partei von Präsidentin Maia Sandu gewinnt mehr als die Hälfte der Stimmen. Der Name ihrer Fraktion ist PAS. Diese Partei will, dass Moldawien der Europäischen Union beitritt.

Die andere Gruppe erhält weniger als 25%. Diese Partei möchte mit Russland befreundet sein. Sandu sagt, dass Russland die Abstimmung ändern will. Die europäischen Politiker gratulieren Sandu. Sie sind der Meinung, dass Moldawien frei bleiben muss.

Moldawien ist ein kleines und armes Land, aber es ist wichtig. Es liegt neben der Ukraine und Rumänien. In einem Ort namens Transnistrien in Moldawien gibt es russische Soldaten. Die Menschen in Moldawien wollen in der Nähe von Europa bleiben.
