Man kann drei Pflanzen anbauen und 25 Gramm besitzen. Die Regierung will den Schwarzmarkt stoppen und die Sicherheit der Kinder gewährleisten. Der Gesundheitsminister sagt, dass immer mehr junge Menschen Cannabis konsumieren. Die Straßendrogen sind jetzt stärker. Aber einige Leute glauben nicht, dass dieses neue Gesetz den Drogenhandel stoppen wird.
