Weltrekord im Eistauchen – Level 2

Valentina Cafolla holte sich ihren Apnoe-Eistauch-Weltrekord in nur 36 Stunden zurück, als sie 140 Meter tief ohne Sauerstoff oder Hilfe tauchte.

Sie stellte den Rekord 2017 auf, aber Yasuko Ozeki brach ihn einige Zeit später. Jetzt holte sich Cafolla ihren Titel am Lago di Anterselva in den italienischen Alpen zurück, obwohl das Wetter eine Herausforderung war. Außerdem stellte Cafolla am nächsten Tag mit einem Doppelflossentauchgang einen neuen Weltrekord auf. Jeder konnte sehen, dass sie bereit war zu gewinnen, als sie in das eisige Wasser tauchte.

Cafollas Rekord steht wieder im Guinness Buch der Rekorde und sie freut sich nun auf die Freitauch-Weltmeisterschaften in Belgrad im Juli.
