Einige heilige Männer und junge Leute rauchen in der Nähe des Flusses. Nepal hat den legalen Verkauf von Marihuana 1976 verboten. Einige Leute wollen diese Regel ändern, aber das passiert nicht. An diesem Tag ist Tradition wichtiger als Regeln.
