Kilmar García muss die USA verlassen und zurück nach El Salvador gehen.

Das passiert im März, aber es ist ein Fehler. Jetzt ist er wieder in den USA. Die Polizei sagt, dass er dabei hilft, Menschen ohne offizielle Papiere in die USA zu bringen. Er unternimmt etwa 100 Reisen nach Mittelamerika. Jetzt steckt er in Schwierigkeiten und muss vielleicht vor Gericht. Vor langer Zeit sagte ein Richter, dass García in den USA bleiben kann, weil El Salvador nicht sicher für ihn ist. Aber sie schicken ihn trotzdem hin. Später sagt das Gericht, dass er zurückkommen muss, um einen fairen Prozess zu bekommen.

Garcías Familie sagt, dass er nichts Falsches getan hat. Er arbeitet nur auf dem Bau von Häusern.
