Weltraumschrott – Level 1

Um die Erde herum gibt es eine Menge Weltraumschrott. Dieser Schrott stammt von alten Raketen und Satelliten. Mancher Schrott fällt herunter. Mancher Schrott bleibt im Weltraum. Er kann auf andere Objekte treffen. Diese Objekte brechen auseinander und erzeugen noch mehr Schrott.

Frankreich hat den meisten Schrott in Europa. Es hat auch viele Satelliten. Das Vereinigte Königreich hat auch viele Satelliten, aber nicht viel Schrott. Die Europäische Weltraumorganisation (ESA) will den Schrott stoppen. Die ESA versucht, den Weltraum zu säubern. Aber das ist schwierig, weil der Schrott vielen Ländern gehört.

Die Reinigung des Weltraums kostet auch viel Geld. Die ESA möchte, dass alle Länder mithelfen und die gleichen Regeln befolgen.
