Die Tango-Weltmeisterschaft ist ein großes Ereignis in Argentinien. Paare aus vielen Ländern kommen nach Buenos Aires, um zu tanzen.

Die Veranstaltung dauert zwei Wochen. Es gibt Musik, Tanzunterricht und Gesellschaftstänze, sogenannte Milongas. Die Anfänge des Tangos liegen in den 1800er Jahren in der Nähe des Río Plate zwischen Argentinien und Uruguay. Der Tango ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil ihrer Kultur. Vanessa Giraldo und Jeison Ravagli kommen aus Kolumbien. Sie finden es schwierig, Geld zu sparen, um zu reisen, aber sie lieben Tango.

Ein Tangolehrer sagt, dass es bei der Umarmung im Tango um Respekt und starke Gefühle geht. Tango bringt die Menschen zusammen und ist wichtig in Buenos Aires.
