Letztes Jahr verklagt Justine Hsu Tesla. Ihr Model S prallt gegen den Rand einer Straße. Bei dem Unfall wird sie verletzt. Das Auto ist auf Autopilot geschaltet. Hsu sagt, dass der Autopilot und das Airbagsystem schlecht sind. Tesla sagt, dass Hsu mit dem Autopiloten auf Stadtstraßen fährt. Sie sollte das nicht tun.

Ein kalifornisches Gericht sagt, dass Tesla nicht für den Unfall verantwortlich ist. Der Autopilot von Tesla hat bei dem Unfall nicht versagt. Hsu bekommt kein Geld.
