In Italien betreiben Carlo Del Buono und Jose Cianni ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen, das Grillen züchtet.

Ihr Startup Nutrinsect produziert Grillenmehl, das reich an Proteinen und umweltfreundlich ist. Anfangs importierten sie Grillen, aber jetzt produziert Ciannis Farm monatlich zwei Tonnen Grillenmehl.
